Occasionally the owners of commercial properties can find themselves in dispute with commercial tenants. We assist clients in confronting tenants in breach of their leases, and in some instances have taken court action to enforce our clients’ rights. For those clients who have a number of tenants in their commercial premises, we often assist with developing well refined commercial leases which cover all of the relevant issues which may arise that are of particular concern to that client. Well drafted commercial leases place the landlord in a very strong position should conflict ever arise.
