Mischeal is the firm’s People and Culture Manager.  She brings a passionate and warm approach to the area of human resources.

Using the extensive skills and experience she has gained over a long career working within the business services sector, Mischeal’s focus is managing the day-to-day operational needs of the Firm.

What my duties involve:

  • Overseeing the end-to-end journey of staff during their time at Atkinson Vinden
  • Overseeing the firm’s health and safety components
  • Human resource activities
  • Supporting the Chief Operations Officer to ensure compliance and operational best practice within the firm
