Megan has worked in a number of areas of family law for nearly a decade, including as a legal associate for a Family Court Judge, a Family Law Solicitor, a Family Law Mediator, and in Social Science education in a family law context. This allows her to employ a broad understanding of all aspects of her client’s matters with a uniquely balanced perspective.
Megan has worked on a whole range of property matters, from those involving the family home, to those with complex international business and trust structures. Megan also has experience in a broad range of parenting issues, including international relocation and abduction, and issues of family violence and addiction. Megan helps clients to resolve these matters with the children’s best interests in mind.
Megan takes the time to understand how to most efficiently and effectively resolve a matter for each individual’s circumstances. Megan helps to ensure that clients can resolve their matters with the best result achievable, whilst keeping in mind the need for parties to effectively co-parent in the future and to minimise the psychological impact of separation on her clients and their children.
Outside of work, Megan likes to ski whenever and wherever possible, and she is also a ski instructor.
